The Discovery & Search for Something Better

We first discovered the underlying methods for RNR over 30 years ago. What began as an intensive two-year study into neuroscience has evolved into three decades of development, refinement, and discovery that continues to excite us today. Our journey started with a specific goal: finding a better approach to help people rapidly and powerfully neutralize and resolve the negative loops and limiting beliefs we all too easily get stuck in and then build the capacities they need to succeed. While we were aware of existing approaches that worked faster than traditional therapies, each had significant limitations—and most required someone else to help implement them. We were determined to find an approach that overcame these limitations while building on the important work that came before.

The Breakthrough Moment

The breakthrough came when we discovered that pairing sensory input with our own internal negative states causes the brain to develop a much more effective way of processing those limiting experiences. We knew we had found something extraordinary. This understanding became the foundation of Rapid Neurological Reprocessing (RNR). Since that breakthrough, our understanding has expanded dramatically. We've discovered numerous specific applications, many extending far beyond simply resolving negatives. We found that this rapid neurological reprocessing approach could actually train the brain to develop new pathways that quickly build positive outcomes as well.
